We are asking that you please take time to familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 Policy:
All classes are to be pre-booked online prior to attending the studio.
Please arrive to your class no earlier than 5 minutes before it is due to start.
Please form an orderly queue abiding by the 2 metre social distancing rules.
Please wear a mask when entering and leaving the studio - you do not have to wear masks when working out, just when moving around the studio, using toilets etc.
You will be invited to enter the studio one at a time, you will have your temperature taken using a contact free thermometer, and asked to sanitise hands.
On entering the studio please remove you shoes at the door and pop them into the shoe/belongings cubes provided.
We are asking you to come to the studio ready to workout as the changing room will be closed. We also ask you to bring the minimum belongings with you.
You must wear toe sox/Pilates socks when walking around the studio and using the equipment. These are socks with grips on the bottom and are available to buy from the studio. Socks must be washed between sessions.
Each reformer has protective mats and shoulders protectors. These are changed and sanitised between classes. If you would like to purchase your own please send an email to catherine@thepilatesroomstudio.co.uk .
Our instructors will be wearing visors when teaching you, they will remain at least 2 meters distance form you, and will be unable to do any 'hand-on' correction.
If attending mat classes you will be asked to bring your own mat, theraband and small ball. (Available to purchase from the studio).
On completion of your class you will be ask to spray down the equipment but not wipe it. All equipment will be wiped down properly, floors washed and reformer protective mats/shoulder protectors change by your teacher between classes.
You will be asked to leave the studio one at a time, collecting and putting your shoes on near the door before you leave. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the studio.
Our staff will be on hand throughout to help you get used to coming back to your practise. Thank you in advance and we can't wait to see you!
